While we do not have age restrictions, we strongly recommend that children aged 3 and under do not visit, as our games are suitable for ages 6 and up( we might able to accommodate children aged 4 and 5 in some cases for family fun time). For safety reasons, certain areas may present potential risks, and the environment features loud sounds such as music, boxing effects, and cheering, which may be overwhelming for young children. If you choose to bring a toddler, they must be supervised at all times. Xzone is not responsible for any incidents, especially in active gameplay areas where running or wandering could be dangerous. We appreciate your understanding in helping us create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyonePlease note:Children ages 6-13 must have a parent or guardian present at the facilitythroughout their session.
Yes, all players are required to sign a waiver before participating in the interactive game room and archery activities. This is to ensure safety and awareness of the rules.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, and getting ready for the game. Arriving early ensures a smooth start and helps you maximize your playtime
Yes! We offer on-site parking, as well as street and public parking nearby for your convenience.
You are welcome to bring outside food and non-alcoholic drinks, but they are not allowed inside the gaming rooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.However, glassware are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests
To play, you need at least 2 people, as our games are designed for group play. If you come with a larger group (more than 6 people), you can split into smaller groups and take turns rotating through the different game roomsThis setup ensures that everyone gets the best experience while keeping the gameplay fun and engaging.
Yes, we understand if you prefer to play alone. You are welcome to play solo; however, a minimum charge for 2 players will apply since our games are designed for group play.
If you leave behind any personal items, we will hold clothing items for 30 days. After this period, unclaimed clothing will be donated to charity.For valuable items (such as wallets, phones, or jewelry), we will keep them for 90 days.Please note that Xzone is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unclaimed items. If you believe you have left something behind, contact us at 403-887-7474 as soon as possible
1. Interactive game rooms: Walk-ins are welcome, but subject to availability. We always recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and holidays.2. Arcade games: No reservation needed.
Yes! We offer discounts for group bookings ( from 6 people and up) , making Xzone a great choice for any event, including birthday parties, corporate events, team building event, Christmas parties, school trips,.. and more. Please contact us for detailed information on group rate
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and running shoes or sneakers, as you'll be actively moving while playing interactive games. Please avoid hard-soled shoes, boots, or high heels to ensure a safer and more enjoyable gaming experience
Yes! All games are designed with player safety in mind, and our staff is trained to provide guidance.
We understand that delays can happen, but to keep our schedule running smoothly, we have the following policy for late arrivals: If you are late by 15 minutes or less, you may still play for the remainder of your booked time. If there is no group scheduled after you, we may accommodate your full playtime—but this is not guaranteed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit is not refundable. We may offer an alternative arrangement for your next visit—this is at our discretion. To avoid inconvenience, please call us in advance to let us know how late you will be. While we will do our best to accommodate you, availability is not guaranteed, and late arrivals may affect your playtime.This policy ensures fairness to all guests and helps us provide the best experience for everyone
No, spectators who are only watching and not participating in any games or activities do not need to sign a waiver. However, for safety reasons, they must remain in designated spectator areas and follow all facility guidelines.If a guest decides to participate in any interactive games or archery activities, they will be required to sign a waiver before playing
No, children between the ages of 4 to 13 must have an adult present at the facility throughout their entire gaming experience. Xzone provides an active gaming experience that may involve running, jumping and other physical movements, along with flashing lights, loud sounds, and immersive effects.While all guests are welcome, we strongly recommend that individuals with pre-existing health conditions consult a medical professional before participating.

Yes! While waiting for the game room, you can enjoy our arcade machines such as AR shooting, Darts .., which are available to keep you entertained until your session is ready.Please note that our arcade machines operate with loonies, and we keep them very affordable. If you don’t have loonies, our staff can exchange them for you at the facility
